5. User Roles & Responsibilities

Doctors & Temporary Doctors

• Responsible for all medical decisions and records entered.
• Must ensure accuracy of diagnoses, prescriptions, and notes.
• Retain full professional responsibility for patient care.

Assistants

• May access limited data as assigned by the clinic or doctor.
• Must not misuse or disclose patient information.

Patients (Coming Soon)

• Will have access only to their own records.
• Must provide accurate personal and medical information.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to use eMed Care only for:

• Managing appointments and clinic workflows
